The Occupational Therapy Licensure Compact Commission (OTCC) is an ongoing nationwide effort to establish interstate licensure by promulgating uniform rules of practice standards. Currently, 32 states, including Alabama, are already compact members with current Legislation enacted to adopt the OTCC rules and regulations.
The OTCC is notifying the public that a comment period is open for review of the OTCC's Reformatted Rules and amendments to the OTCC’s existing Rule on FBI CBCs.

You are invited to review the OTCC's Reformatted Rules (The reformatting of the rules is the only change. There are no substantive edits to the language or content of the OTC rules) and submit your comments during the public comment period by taking these actionable steps:
Ø The public comment period will open June 23, 2025, and close July 25, 2025. Comments must be received no later than 4:00 PM on July 25, 2025, to be considered by the OTCC.
